Menoe Family represents the children of Markos Menoe. Markos Menoe is a Motswana. He comes from the Batlokwa clan, who settled in Botshabelo (Putfontein).  The Batlokwa totem is Thakadu, the ant bear aka Aardvark.

Markos Mothulwe Menoe and his family were relocated to Ramatlabama in 1970's during the Apartheid's forced removals.

He lived off the land as an agricultural and animal farmer.
